I reserve the right to refuse service for any reason before payment.

I reserve the right to refund and stop all work on commissions for any reason, at any time. You will not receive any work.

I reserve the right to my own work.

I am allowed to use any of the work I produce to advertise my own work.

Clients have permission to repost or reupload any work they have purchased with proper credits to me.

Clients may not claim my work as their own or use my work for commercial use.

Clients may not post WIP stages unless discussed and have explicit permission to do so.

My work shall not be edited by anyone.

My work shall not be claimed, copied, traced, sold, or redistributed.

My work shall not be used for NFT's or any other cryptocurrency.

Under absolutely no circumstances do I give my permission for my art to be utilized in any way by any and all AI art services.

Work will be completed in a timely manner, given any real-life situations that may affect me.

If I fail to update you after a period of time, don't hesitate to politely message and ask for an update

If a client is rude or pushy, I will refund depending on the amount of work done and send the image if it has been done.

Any rush will declare you cancelling your commission. I am not a robot; I have a life. I also burn out very quickly and need to take breaks.

Any work may take up to 2 months to be delivered, sometimes more.

Keep up to date with my queue. This provides information on where you are in queue as well as anything that may be happening with me. Update failures may occur due to issues finding messages.

A schedule is set for when art will be progressed on.

I will only be working Monday-Friday between 8AM-4:30PM AEST (GMT+10).

This does not mean I will be working daily at these set times; I will be having breaks as I need and see fit.

Weekends are my time to rejuvenate. If I am feeling up for it, I may even continue pieces.

The schedule is not set but I will be more active between the times listed above with commissions.

Work in progress images will be sent in each stage as follows as applicable; rough sketch, sketch, refined sketch, lined, coloured, shaded.

Clients must ask if they wish for more work in progress images.

By default, WIP images will be posted on my Patreon or on any of my socials. If a client wishes to keep their WIP images private, they may request that.

Clients have a limit of 3 pose changes, 5 major changes and unlimited minor changes. Any extra will result in additional fees.

Payment may only be sent via PayPal Goods and Services.

Payment can be upfront or after the first sketch. Failure to pay after the first sketch will result in me reusing the sketch as personal work, a YCH or another commission.

Payment must be sent within a week of the first sketch being sent.

Refunds may be requested. 100% before I start, 75% after final sketch, 50% after lining, 25% after colouring and 0% once I have started shading. You will receive whatever I had completed at the stage you requested the refund.

Do not issue a chargeback if you want a refund. Message me and I will issue one depending on progress
